Project Planning Analyst

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract with Possible Extension
Travel: Approximately 25% to Local Warehouse and Operational Locations

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Planning Analyst to support a Supply Chain Strategy and Technology team. This position will provide project coordination, system testing, data cleanup, electronic document organization, and administrative support for a portfolio of supply chain technology initiatives.

A key focus of the role will be supporting supply chain system testing, maintaining and cleaning data, and organizing electronic documentation within SharePoint. Experience with Maximo and SharePoint is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain system testing and assist with identifying, documenting, and resolving system or data issues.

  • Perform data cleanup, validation, and organization to improve data accuracy and consistency.

  • Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and project documentation within SharePoint.

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for Supply Chain Strategy and Technology initiatives.

  • Track projects, initiatives, deliverables, milestones, and outstanding action items.

  • Proactively monitor a portfolio of initiatives and projects and communicate status updates as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal and external workgroups to gather information and data required for project planning, scheduling, and analysis.

  • Assist with identifying and resolving project issues that could impact schedules or deliverables.

  • Develop, document, maintain, and improve processes that support coordination between departments and workgroups.

  • Prepare timely project status updates, reports, and supporting documentation.

  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure information is organized and readily accessible.

  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Support special projects and additional Supply Chain Strategy and Technology initiatives as assigned.

  • Travel to local warehouse or operational locations as required to support projects and business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate activities and build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and different levels of an organization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt as project priorities change.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to track multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and action items simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% to local operational or warehouse locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree.

  • Experience with Maximo.

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including electronic document organization and management.

  • Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or technology implementation projects.

  • Experience with data cleanup, data validation, or maintaining large datasets.

  • Previous experience supporting supply chain, technology, project coordination, or operational initiatives.

  • Familiarity with project tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.

  • Experience developing or documenting processes and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional who is comfortable working at the intersection of supply chain, technology, data, and project coordination. They are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable testing systems, cleaning and organizing data, and maintaining electronic documentation. Experience with Maximo and SharePoint would be particularly valuable for quickly contributing to the team's current initiatives.

They communicate effectively with stakeholders, follow through on action items, and can keep projects and documentation organized while working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
