Job Description
Manages projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment.
Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes.
May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, which require planning, oversight and communication across multiple segments.
Typically, project size may reach or exceed $2.5m. Manages and allocates resources and organizes the work.
Drafts and submits project budget proposals, and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Plans and schedules project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools.
Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire human and material resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution.
Motivates and supervises project team members.
Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project.
Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.

Function of the Group: Retail Lending Payments Product Governance
Initiatives/Projects: develop recurring leadership reporting, strategic business reviews, and initiative-specific presentations that clearly articulate performance, customer impact, business value, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
Industry background: Retail lending, servicing, payments, banking operations, or customer experience background preferred
Team Dynamic: Supports a team of 20 Product Managers and Product Owners. Direct team consists of 6 team members focused on Product Governance and customer complaints oversight.
Roles and Responsibilities: Executive Reporting & Leadership Communications
Develop monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc executive presentations for department leadership, and senior executives.
Synthesize large volumes of operational, customer, financial, workforce, and program data into concise executive-ready stories.
Create leadership reporting that highlights key performance indicators, trends, business outcomes, achievements, risks, and strategic priorities.
Ensure messaging is aligned with organizational objectives and executive expectations.
Anticipate leadership questions and proactively incorporate supporting analysis and insights. Data Storytelling
Transform data into clear narratives that explain not only what happened, but why it happened, the impact to customers and the business, and recommended actions.
Develop compelling visualizations, infographics, dashboards, journey maps, and executive presentations that simplify complex information.
Identify meaningful trends, patterns, and opportunities through analysis of payment, servicing, operational, and customer data.
Create initiative-specific stories that describe business challenges, solution approaches, expected benefits, realized value, and customer outcomes. Strategic Initiative Support
Partner with product managers and product owners to capture initiative outcomes and benefits.
Develop executive-ready presentations supporting business cases, project updates, milestone reviews, and benefit realization reporting.
Document and communicate customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies, risk reduction opportunities, and financial impacts.
Create before-and-after storytelling demonstrating measurable business value. Business Analysis & Insights
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting materials. Presentation Design Excellence
Design highly polished PowerPoint presentations using executive communication best practices.
Establish and maintain presentation standards for structure, formatting, messaging, and visual consistency.
Convert technical, operational, and analytical content into impactful executive communications.
Balance data detail with strategic messaging appropriate for various leadership audiences.
Must Have Technical Skills:
Years of experience: 5 or more years
Expert using PowerPoint
Solid foundation of Microsoft products
Some experience using Jira
Experience in business analysis, executive communications, strategy, data storytelling, management consulting, product management, or operational reporting.

Soft Skills:
Experience supporting executive-level audiences within banking, financial services, lending, payments, or related industries preferred.
Strong ability to analyze data and identify meaningful trends.
