I'm working with a growing and well-respected commercial glass/glazing and curtain wall contractor in the Nashville market that is actively looking to bring on an Estimator and a Project Manger to support their continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of field operations, scheduling, and team leadership.
About the Role:
This person will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating field teams, and ensuring glass/glazing and Curtain wall projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The company has a strong backlog of work and is looking for someone who can help them scale smartly as they expand their footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage field operations, scheduling, logistics, and project coordination
Supervise field staff, warehouse teams, and subcontractors
Work closely with project managers and estimators to align resources for glass/glazing and curtain wall projects
Oversee material procurement and vendor relationships
Monitor job costing, productivity, and operational efficiency
Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with company standards
Ideal Background:
5+ years of experience in the Project Management or Estimator role, ideally in glass, glazing, or curtain wall trades
Experience managing crews and coordinating across departments
Solid understanding of commercial construction processes
Highly organized and effective under pressure
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
