Project Manager - Data Center Construction

The Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

  • Lead the execution of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans
  • Oversee project documentation, contract administration, change orders, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate commissioning activities and support project closeout processes
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control standards across all phases of construction
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure successful project delivery

For the Project Manager - Data Center Construction role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing data center construction projects
  • Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or highly technical construction environments
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
  • Experience with commissioning processes is highly desirable
  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction experience is preferred
  • QA/QC, mission-critical, or safety-focused project experience is a strong advantage
  • Ability to lead large project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
