Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will:

Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects.
Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to coordinate tasks.
Review and manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
Assist in resolving on-site issues and providing solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials and managing inventory.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

Experience with construction projects in the property industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site.
