Project ManagerLead projects from award through completion, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owners throughout all phases of construction. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting. Coordinate preconstruction planning, procurement strategies, and project execution plans. Administer projects utilizing CM at Risk, Design-Build, and Select Bid delivery methods. Leverage Procore and other construction technologies to maintain project documentation and communication. Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and project success. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients. Support continued growth within the Triad market by delivering exceptional client experiences and repeat business opportunities.A successful Project Manager should have 7+ years of construction project management experience, ideally within commercial construction. Proven track record managing projects from inception through final completion. Experience with CM at Risk, Design-Build, and/or Select Bid delivery methods. Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
