Project Manager

Job Description
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk. Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements. Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery. Track project financial performance and forecasting. Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 7-10+ years managing multimillion-dollar construction projects
- Extensive multifamily construction experience required
- Experience with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and construction management software
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record delivering complex construction projects
