Description

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
• Track project financial performance and forecasting
• Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 7-10+ years managing multimillion-dollar construction projects
• Extensive multifamily construction experience required
• Experience with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and construction management software
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects

Job Offer

• $130,000 - $160,000 salary
