Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Standard Solutions organization within the PMO & Business Excellence team. This role involves leading cross-functional pharmaceutical manufacturing projects focused on new product introductions, tech transfers, product launches, and operational readiness initiatives. The position requires an individual who can contribute immediately and operate independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has prior pharmaceutical industry experience and understands tech transfer methodologies, integrating quickly into active projects while driving execution and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects involving new product introductions, tech transfers, and product launches.
  • Manage site-to-site transfers, contract manufacturing partnerships, supply chain coordination, and plant readiness.
  • Ensure regulatory alignment and execute product launch strategies.
  • Drive execution and stakeholder alignment within pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
  • Interface regularly with leadership and present project updates.
  • Influence manufacturing strategy, launch readiness, and site growth initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of tech transfer methodologies and product launch processes.
  • Proficiency in managing project schedules using MS Project.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, regulatory, engineering, and operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with CDMO operations.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This is an onsite Project Manager opportunity supporting the Wilson manufacturing facility. While there may be some flexibility for high performers over time, the expectation is that the candidate is onsite and heavily engaged with the manufacturing operation and project stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, offering visibility with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, and providing the chance to lead large, business-critical projects.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilson, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
