Project ManagerLeading GC with more than two decades of success delivering multifamily, commercial, educational, and light industrial projects across the Southeast. Known for its collaborative culture and technology-driven approach, the company offers employees the opportunity to make a direct impact while working on a diverse project portfolio.Job DescriptionManage 2-4 concurrent construction projects ranging from approximately $7M-$15M in value.Oversee projects through all phases, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout.Utilize Procore extensively for project administration, communication, documentation, cost management, and reporting.Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.Track project financials, monitor risks, and maintain schedules and project milestones.Drive project execution while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Collaborate closely with operations leadership and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain best practices across project management operations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
