Project Manager

Insight Global is currently hiring a Project Manager for a large client in the Waukesha, WI area. This position will be a 12 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will have the opportunity to convert based on performance! It will be a hybrid schedule and require working onsite a few days per week while allowing remote work on the others. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 or more years of experience in project management type roles and ideally experience in the HVAC, building automation, or construction industry.

Manage projects in accordance with established project processes, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager when applicable.

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Oversee the financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts receivable collections, and cost re-estimations.

Manage the delivery of contracted project scope and identify opportunities to secure change orders for additional work.

Coordinate project materials and shared resources, proactively identifying resource constraints and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships, addressing issues promptly and driving effective resolution strategies.
