Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for our Water Treatment facility located in Hemlock, MI, 48626. In this role, you will lead and oversee various projects aimed at enhancing our water treatment processes and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water treatment projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and environmental compliance, to ensure project success.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to water treatment.
- Facilitate training and development for team members involved in project execution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the water treatment or environmental sector.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
