Project Manager

Experience: 8+ years, licensure required

Education: Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program

At least 8 years of experience and a minimum of 5 completed projects. Manages multiple small-to-medium projects, serving as primary client liaison for schedule, scope, budget, and contract management.

Qualifications

• Architectural licensure required; sustainable design certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience and 5 completed projects of comparable scale
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and business development capabilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract documentation aligns with client programs, budgets, and codes
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while mitigating operational risks
• Act as primary team lead and point of contact for clients and consultants
• Develop proposals with Principal-in-Charge, track scope changes, and manage contracts
• Establish workplans, staffing schedules, fee tracking, and financial reporting
• Drive QA/QC protocols and team efficiency

Skillsets

• High attention to detail with strong financial management and risk mitigation skills
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Office, MS Project, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Proficient in contract management, project delivery methods, and client retention
