We are a full-service mechanical contractor specializing in mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing construction for commercial clients. We focus on design-build/design-assist projects as well as tenant fit-outs, and also have experience on base and new building construction, school construction, and specialty piping projects.
Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of the assigned Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) & Plumbing contract between R&R Mechanical and the client. This includes analyzing and determining the correct mechanical systems, such as heat exchangers, heat pumps, chillers, cooling towers, supply/return fans, ductwork, controllers prior to releasing them through necessary vendors and then ensuring their correct installation, operation and maintenance as required for all contracted projects and more.
