    Job Summary:

    Responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise IT projects/programs to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance requirements. Lead cross-functional teams using PMO methodologies and drive successful IT project delivery in a regulated healthcare/medical device environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage complex IT projects from planning through execution and closure.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
    • Track project progress, dependencies, financials, risks, and issues; provide mitigation plans.
    • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across IT and business stakeholders.
    • Provide project status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
    • Ensure project documentation is complete, audit-ready, and aligned with PMO standards.
    • Support process improvement, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 6+ years of IT Project Management / Program Management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
    • Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects.
    • Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Experience with PMO methodologies, governance, and project documentation.
    • Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PMP certification or equivalent.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries.
    • Master’s degree preferred.

    Work Details:

    • Remote role (Eastern Time Zone, 8 AM – 5 PM).
    • Up to 15% domestic/international travel.
    • Occasional nights/weekends may be required for deployments.
