PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires working closely with a team of in-house architects, interior designers, planners, landscape architects and consultants on multiple projects with a variety of project diversity throughout the Southeast to meet scheduled deliverables. The successful candidate must be a leader, self-starter, organized, flexible and possess a strong work ethic. This position will be located in Vero Beach.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Architecture
- Professional licensure
- 10+ years of experience in a professional design office
- Ability to direct, mentor and coordinate work efforts of project team
- Ability to manage projects, staff, client interaction and project design
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to work through the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques for project activities to meet the project requirements, through leadership, communication, time management, risk management, planning, negotiation and subject matter expertise
- Ability to cultivate a professional presence through competence, reliability, honesty, integrity, respect for others, positivity, and thoughtfully listening
- Graphic presentation skills, including hand drawing and computer rendering
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in graphic software
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software
- Proficiency in Revit

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a standard office setting, onsite at client locations and on construction/build sites.
