An experienced PLM Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercial release. This role is responsible for driving execution across the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, ensuring new products are delivered on time, within scope, and ready for manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who excels at coordinating diverse teams, influencing without direct authority, and navigating complex engineering and manufacturing environments. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Regulatory, and Service teams to successfully deliver innovative products to market.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional product development or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial products environment.
Demonstrated experience leading products through structured PLM or stage-gate development processes.
Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems, and production readiness.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering or other technical background.
Experience with Engineering Change Management, Change Control, Configuration Management, and Product Release processes.
Experience managing portfolios of concurrent product development programs.
Familiarity with requirements management and product lifecycle management systems.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
Experience with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Artificial Lift Systems, or other oil and gas equipment is highly preferred.

Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and critical decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
Identify execution risks and remove roadblocks to keep programs on track.
Facilitate executive stage-gate reviews, decision meetings, and product release approvals.
Drive accountability and alignment across multiple functional organizations without relying on direct authority.
Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and executive communications.
Continuously improve PLM processes, governance, and overall program execution.
