We are Portland's premier awning and enclosure company, and we are growing.
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with construction experience who wants to grow into a long-term Project Manager role. This position begins with a paid 6-month field training period where you will learn our products, installation process, and day-to-day operations firsthand. Upon successful completion of training, you will transition into a Project Management role with increased responsibilities and opportunity for pay advancement based on performance.
Training Responsibilities
During the first 6 months, you will:
Install awnings, screens, and enclosure systems
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Read measurements and installation plans
Troubleshoot field issues and support install crews
Maintain safe and organized jobsites
Deliver excellent customer service
Project Manager Responsibilities
After training, responsibilities will include:
Coordinating projects from start to finish
Scheduling jobs and communicating with customers and crews
Supporting field teams and resolving onsite issues
Tracking timelines, materials, and project progress
Ensuring projects are completed safely and professionally
Qualifications
2+ years of construction or installation experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Leadership potential and desire to grow
Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 75 lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
