Job Description

Manage Class A office interior and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication. Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and construction partners. Oversee project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and field operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, reporting, procurement, and contract administration. Wear multiple hats within a growing and entrepreneurial office environment. Clearly articulate project contributions, challenges, and successes to leadership and clients.

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing or supporting commercial interior construction projects. Recent experience with Class A office interiors and tenant improvement projects. APM-ready candidates through experienced Project Managers will be considered. Ability to manage projects ranging from 5,000 SF to 1M+ SF and $1M-$80M in value. Strong tenure and employment stability preferred. Experience owning projects from preconstruction through closeout. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to cultivate relationships with clients, construction managers, and design professionals. Experience with commercial interiors is required; candidates primarily focused on ground-up construction may not be the right fit.
