• Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $10M-$20M.
• Lead project teams through all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, contract, and operational requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster repeat business opportunities.

• Background managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience across diverse commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, municipal, retail, or institutional projects.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring project team members.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.
• Stable career history with a record of long-term tenure and progression.
• Ability to work onsite in the Greenville, SC market or relocate.

• Competitive salary range of $105,000-$140,000 based on experience.
