Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead all project management functions including RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communication.
• Oversee projects ranging from small renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale ground-up developments.
• Partner closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, General Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety expectations.
• Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and CMiC to manage project execution and reporting.
• Support a variety of project types including:
  • Life Sciences
  • Commercial Office
  • Higher Education
  • Light Industrial
  • Renovation and Upfit Projects

Profile

• 5-7+ years of full Project Manager experience within commercial construction.
• Proven experience independently managing projects rather than operating primarily in an Assistant Project Manager capacity.
• Strong understanding of:
  • RFIs
  • Submittals
  • Change Orders
  • Budget Management
  • Scheduling
  • Contract Administration
• Experience working on commercial, higher education, life science, office, industrial, or similar projects.
• Proficiency with:
  • Procore
  • Microsoft Project
  • CMiC (or similar construction accounting software)
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in the Triad region.
