Job Description
The Traveling Superintendent - Southeast General Contractor will be responsible for:
- Managing retail projects in select locations throughout the Southeast
- Working closely with the client to achieve their project goals
- Maintaining the project schedule and keeping the owner up to date with the progress
- Communicating with all necessary to drive a project on time and in budget

The Successful Applicant
The Traveling Superintendent - Southeast General Contractor should have:
- 3+ years as a Superintendent leading commercial construction experience
- Retail project experience is preferred but not required
- OSHA certification preferred
- Effective communication skills to interface with clients
