Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - AustinOur client, a nationally recognized Top 100 ENR firm, has been an established general contractor for over 100 years. They are 100% employee owned and have become one of the most prominent GCs in the Southern US, building up an extremely stable pipeline of diverse projects including highrise, education, healthcare, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, etc. Their employee tenure is fantastic, and the majority of their team has an average of 10+ years tenure. They also have an outstanding company culture, and are one of the most well known GCs in the Austin and Texas overall. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to help lead their operations in Austin.The Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Austin will be responsible for:Review plans, specifications, and client requirementsInitiate RFIs to resolve issues in the field and plan discrepanciesProcess, review, and track submittalsReview design and shop drawings to evaluate the impact on the cost and schedulePrepare Subcontractor scope of work lettersInitiate change orders to the Owner and solicit bids from SubcontractorsPerform estimates and compile cost breakdowns for the client to reviewMaintain procurement, submittal, and RFI logsProvide schedule assistance and track daily productionCoordinate correspondence between the design and construction teamLead and mentor a team of Project Management staffThe Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Austin should have:3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager w/ General ContractorExperience working on large scale ground up commercial projects (10M+)Bachelors Degree in Construction related field is preferredExcellent communication skillsOSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plusThe Project Manager - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Austin will receive:Highly Competitive Base Salary - $90,000-140,000+Employee Stock Options - ESOP ProgramCompany bonusesVehicle/Vehicle allowance w/ gas cardCell and laptopExcellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental, PTO and sick days,401k plan and Retirement Match/PlansContact Mikayla Colby Quote job ref JN-082026-7081599
