Project ManagerWell-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Raleigh team. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation efforts. Lead project teams while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Drive project execution to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are achieved. Support preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, and value engineering initiatives. Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate forecasting. Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. Collaborate with leadership on strategic project planning and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Background in healthcare, life sciences, higher education, aviation, industrial, or institutional construction preferred. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage complex projects with values ranging from $50M-$100M+. Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.
