    Responsibilities

    • Influences the financial performance of a project by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
    • Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
    • Conducts regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
    • Collaborates with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and address any changes.
    • Closely monitors and communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings.
    • Drives the pursuit of claims and change orders, tracks and reports on progress.
    • Oversees procurement and buyout activities to ensure it adheres to a strict budget.
    • Ensures the development, maintenance, and utilization of CPM schedules throughout the life of the project.
    • Directs project contract management activities to review, address, and resolve contractual issues.
    • Establishes and promotes a strong safety culture across all project activities.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
    • Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are closely managed.

    • Supervisory/Management experience
