Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities. Coordinate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality challenges. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards. Lead client and project team meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Track project financial performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Support project closeout activities, punch-list management, and final turnover. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.The Successful Applicant3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Proven experience managing ground-up tilt-wall construction projects. Strong understanding of tilt-wall construction methods, project sequencing, and site development. Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
