Job Description

Manage industrial construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and procurement. Maintain client relationships and ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project performance and drive schedule and cost control. Collaborate with field leadership and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

5-12+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects preferred. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders. Strong financial and scheduling acumen.

What's on Offer

Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000. Company truck + gas card. ESOP program. Limited travel: local meetings (1-2x/week) + occasional overnight travel (10-15x/year). Stable, long-term project pipeline.
