Job Description

Manage tilt-wall and ground-up commercial construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors. Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Lead project meetings and communicate progress with all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Support procurement and subcontractor buyout activities. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Tilt Wall Construction should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven experience managing tilt-wall construction projects. Experience overseeing ground-up industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial developments. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
