Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of tilt wall construction projects, from initial planning to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor construction progress and enforce quality and safety standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations. Manage procurement of materials and coordination of logistics for timely project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Tilt Wall Construction should have: Experience with managing tilt wall construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including clients, contractors, and architects. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A strong understanding of safety and quality standards in construction. Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes in Houston.
