Description
Payrate: $52.00 - $54.00/hr.
Summary: The role involves supporting the execution of strategic initiatives within the E2E Supply Chain Transformation. The candidate will provide strong project management discipline across planning, governance, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and delivery. Additionally, the role requires organizational change management expertise to ensure stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption are effectively integrated into project execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and implementation activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and workstreams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions to maintain execution against project objectives and timelines.
Establish and support effective project governance, including project reviews, leadership updates, decision forums, and escalation of critical risks or decisions.
Support implementation planning, deployment readiness, hypercare, and stabilization to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
Integrate change management activities and milestones into overall project plans and implementation schedules.
Assess business and organizational impacts and develop fit-for-purpose change strategies addressing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
Develop concise executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into project execution, risks, decisions, business readiness, and adoption.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation projects, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and execution.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated change management experience, including change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to integrate project management and change management into a cohesive execution approach.
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, or another highly regulated environment preferred.
Familiarity with established project management and change management methodologies; relevant certifications are beneficial.
Skills:
Delivering on complex transformation projects with Project Management, Change Management, and communications.
Healthcare experience is nice to have.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.00 - $54.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
