Led by the movements Women of the Sun and Women Wage Peace and supported by Vital Voices, the initiative enters Phase 2 (2026–2028) with the goal of turning global visibility into political power through three pillars: Visibility, Advocacy, and Policy.
Summary
The Project Manager reports to the Project Strategic Lead and owns the day-to-day operation of The Mothers' Call. They serve as the operational hub across the Vital Voices team, movement co-leads, contracted vendors, and coalition partners, ensuring that deliverables move on schedule and that all movement materials are consistent across English, Arabic, and Hebrew. The Project Team is co-located in the United States, Europe and the West Asian region, and the position will be based in Washington, DC, with regular international travel. We are not accepting remote candidates.

This position is a full-time, exempt, position based in Washington, DC. Domestic and international travel up to 30% may be required for the position, including travel to the Middle East and Europe for movement events and convenings.
The anticipated starting salary for this role is $107,500, with flexibility up to $119,400 for candidates who bring additional experience, skills or qualifications beyond the core requirements of the position.
