Lead Technical Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote – EST Working Hours
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension and Conversion)
Pay Rate: $50-55/hour on W2 (Some Flexibility)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale technology integration initiative within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple technical workstreams, consolidate project updates from various business units, track delivery timelines, and ensure accurate reporting across integration activities.
This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and program management leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution.
• Coordinate technology integration activities across multiple lines of business and technical teams.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and report project status updates.
• Track project progress and ensure Jira boards, Confluence pages, and project documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Prepare status reports, project trackers, and presentation decks using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other Google Workspace tools.
• Collaborate with program management teams to align project deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, business, and program management teams to maintain alignment.
• Support technology delivery involving data integration and ingestion into enterprise platforms.
• Participate in occasional weekend conversion activities as required by the project schedule.

• At least 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in technology or IT delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration, data integration, or platform implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and status updates.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong project planning, timeline management, and delivery coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and consolidating updates from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing project status reports and leadership presentations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, large-scale program environment.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience supporting enterprise integration, platform migration, or large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with program-level governance, risk tracking, and dependency management.
• Experience working with multiple project managers and technical teams across different business units.

• Fully remote position requiring availability during Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
• Occasional weekend work may be required for planned conversion activities, with compensatory time off available as applicable.
