Project Manager

A company operating in the property industry, based in Mount Prospect, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. The role includes coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment, monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure compliance with set objectives, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout project execution, resolving any issues or delays that may arise during project implementation, preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes, and identifying and mitigating potential risks to minimize project disruptions.
