Job Description

Manage commercial, multifamily, municipal, or education projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence. Coordinate with superintendents, consultants, and ownership groups throughout delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Currently operating as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. Experience delivering commercial, multifamily, municipal, or institutional projects. Background with established commercial construction firms preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities. Demonstrated employment stability, ideally with 3+ years at previous employers.
