Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives within a complex program environment. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, requirements management, documentation, and delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile project management experience, PMP certification, excellent communication skills, and proven success managing high-profile IT implementations involving multiple technologies and cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through successful completion.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate multiple interrelated projects within a program environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate business and technical analysis meetings and workshops.

• Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, traceability matrices, and test documentation.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.

• Ensure Agile methodologies and project management best practices are followed.

• Track project progress and provide executive status reports.

• Coordinate communication across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Support implementation planning, testing, deployment, and project closure.

• Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.

• Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience.

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects.

• Experience managing projects within large program environments.

• Experience leading large-scale, high-profile enterprise implementation projects.

• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

• Experience producing technical documentation, specifications, traceability matrices, and test documentation.

• Experience facilitating business and technical analysis meetings.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience with distributed application architecture.

• Experience supporting State Government projects.

• Experience working with Florida Early Learning organizations or education-related initiatives.
