Location: Pensacola, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Project Manager - T&S is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from budgetary approval until the project is placed in service and closed out. This role will lead a project team consisting of various departments to execute large, complex T&S major projects according to approved budgets and schedules. The Project Manager will act in the companys best interest in the management of all assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from budgetary approval to completion.
• Lead project teams to meet approved budgets and schedules.
• Oversee Safety Management, Schedule Management, and Budget Management.
• Handle Project Management Planning, Risk Management, and Contract Administration.
• Manage Project Reporting and Project Communications.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requirements.
• Collaborate with construction teams on scheduling, clearance planning, and execution.
• Provide monthly budget forecast spend reports.
• Support final job close-out and documentation submittal.
• Work directly with major project leadership to resolve project challenges.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience leading Transmission & Substation or related projects is required. Candidates must possess high-level engineering and project management expertise.

Driving Requirement: A valid, non-restricted drivers license is required. The driving record must show no alcohol/drug-related offenses within the previous five years and the license cannot be currently suspended or restricted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
