Your impact

Jacobs Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Systems Implementation to join our Project Controls and Technology team. In this role, you'll play an instrumental role in delivering complex engineering and construction programs through digital innovation. You'll lead/support multiple projects across industries by implementing, integrating, and optimizing project management information systems (PMIS), while advancing enterprise-wide digital capabilities.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual who has a strong foundation in construction management principles and has a passion for innovation. You will partner closely with internal teams and external clients to share and execute future-ready digital solutions that improve project outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across multiple complex projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, project managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Train project stakeholders on system work processes.
  • Manage implementation schedules.
  • Escalate and track issues to appropriate internal or external resources as required.

Here's what you'll need

  • BA or BS or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or related.
  • 10+ years related experience
  • IT experience or aptitude a plus.
  • Knowledgeable of other industry control systems such as Procore, P6,e-Builder/TUC, Projectsight, EcoSys, Unifier, Aconex, Kahua, Autodesk, Bluebeam, CMiC, etc.
  • Experienced in all project controls disciplines - Cost Engineering, Risk Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Document Control, etc.
  • Must be a creative problem solver capable of working independently with little direction.
  • Should be a good public speaker and convey a professional appearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to support U.S. Government projects.
  • Willingness to travel, domestic and international.

The base salary range for this position is $92,100.00 to $161,200.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
