This role will partner with Project Leads, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to manage day-to-day project activities including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise Systems & Services Scaling & Enhancements (SSSE) program consisting of 21+ business and technology-focused sub-projects.
This role will partner with Project Leads, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to manage day-to-day project activities including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of multiple business and technology sub-projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, and issues
• Coordinate project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Track project financials including forecasts and actuals
• Support change management and governance processes
• Maintain risk, issue, decision, and action logs
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to drive project execution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and day-to-day project activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing large-scale business and technology transformation projects
• Experience with projects exceeding $5M budgets
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience
• Experience managing project financials, resources, and vendors
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
