Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Agile Program Manager within the IT Digital Transformation Group (DTG) to play a key role in driving EverPure''s SCM and O2C transformation. Your leadership will drive project success, ensuring efficient delivery and fostering collaboration across teams. We are looking for a strong leader, energetic self-starter, and strategic thinker passionate about agile program management with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP systems.

- Project Leadership: Efficiently manage ERP and Supply Chain project resources, optimizing utilization and ensuring maximum productivity within defined constraints.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Facilitation: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master; run Agile ceremonies, sessions, and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and empower project teams, delegating tasks and mentoring junior team members to enhance their performance.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must have 10+ years of meaningful experience in program/project management with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading end to end SCM transformation is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes and technical implementations.
- Experience driving integration heavy enterprise programs involving multi vendors and 3rd party systems
Agile Qualifications
- Must have demonstrable Agile experience.
- Experienced Scrum Master managing multiple scrum teams applying Scrum principles and best practices.
- Certifications: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian and other project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, Smartsheets) strongly preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working on complex projects touching various components across applications and stack layers.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.
- Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
- Expertise with collaboration tools (G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack).
MSP NOTES:
- 100% onsite at the Santa Clara office. Relocation not considered at this time. Total commute time should be around 30 minutes only.
- Initial Assignment Length: 6 months with possibiity of extension
- Max Bill Rate: (USD)*/hr
- Manager Notes:
- Will be working on a specific project related to the SCM transformation.
- Experience level most important, candidates need to have SCM project managent end-to-end experience and should be sharp, on top of things and have previously managed large enterprise level projects.
- Most probably 3 rounds of individual interviews.
- Certifications not required but strongly preferred. If they don''t have the certification, they will undergo heavier scrutiny during interview or will be asked more evaluative questions regarding experience and skills.
- Expired certifications acceptable but include expiration year in resume.
