A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multifamily and affordable housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and ensuring successful project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, experience managing multifamily or affordable housing projects, and hands-on estimating experience.

Job Details

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, or residential development projects.
Prior estimating experience, including takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project delivery processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common construction management software.

Preferred

Electrical contracting experience with projects ranging from ground-up construction to tenant improvements.
Knowledge of California building codes and electrical regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, ConEst, Trimble, Procore, or similar construction software.
