Job Description

Lead the day-to-day management of high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee custom home builds and major renovation projects ranging from approximately $2M to $10M in value. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and site safety. Serve as the primary on-site leader, ensuring construction activities align with project plans and client expectations. Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and project quality. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, building codes, and industry best practices. Work closely with ownership and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the construction process. Manage projects primarily throughout the Mid-Cape area, with additional work across the South Shore and Cape Cod regions.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction, renovations, and custom home building.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site construction activities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Cape Cod and the South Shore.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-end custom home projects valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Background working for a custom home builder, residential general contractor, or design-build firm.
• Familiarity with projects ranging from $2M to $10M.
