Project Manager

The Project Manager will operate as an embedded member of the Claris team and is expected to: Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams. The Project Manager shall: Integrate into Claris existing teams and ways of working.

Engagement Scope
2.1 Scope of Responsibilities
The Project Manager shall:

• Integrate into Claris existing teams and ways of working
• Operates within Claris-defined governance, processes, and tools
• Supports coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment

The project manager does not own delivery outcomes, scope decisions, or acceptance of work.

Role Description Project Manager (Augmented)
The Project Manager will operate as an embedded member of the Claris team and is expected to:

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
• Track execution of agreed initiatives and ensure visibility of progress
• Maintain project plans, dependencies, and risks in Jira
• Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and status updates as required
• Proactively identify blockers and escalate appropriately
• Support Agile execution and sprint-based delivery cadence
• Operate effectively without formal authority, relying on influence and communication

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables
• Provide access to required tools, systems, and documentation
• Assign internal stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ensure timely feedback and approvals
• Own final delivery outcomes
