Project Manager, Structural Steel Projects (Springboro)

Bring 8+ years of steel project leadership to a structural steel fabricator serving the Springboro, OH area. In this Project Manager seat, you'll carry each job from contract award through final erection and keep shop production lined up with the steel erectors in the field.

What the role covers:

• Partner with steel erectors on erection sequencing, deliveries, site logistics, and field issues
• Lead fabricated steel projects from award to closeout, with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and change orders
• Coordinate engineers, detailers, and the shop on drawings, approvals, and fabrication
• Run project meetings with general contractors, owners, and erectors, and manage RFIs and submittals
• Keep an eye on production, costs, and billing, and call out risks early

What you bring:

• 8+ years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication or steel erection
• Comfortable reading structural and shop drawings
• Track record coordinating steel erectors and field crews
• Strong scheduling, cost-control, and communication skills
• Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
