    Structural Engineer (S.E.) – OSHPD Healthcare Project Manager

    Newport Beach, California

    $110,000 to $130,000

    What you'll do:
    • Manage structural engineering projects from design through construction
    • Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
    • Lead the structural design of healthcare facilities and other complex buildings
    • Prepare structural calculations, construction documents, and technical deliverables
    • Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and perform construction administration
    • Conduct feasibility studies and existing condition assessments
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and proposals
    • Mentor junior engineers and maintain quality assurance standards

    What we're looking for:
    • Active California Structural Engineer (S.E.) license (required)
    • 5–10 years of structural engineering experience on OSHPD healthcare projects
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis
    • Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred
    • Experience designing with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and metal studs
    • Experience working in seismically active regions
    • Proficiency with ETABS, RISA 3D, and SAFE
    • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
