Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of project management, product development, or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing or cosmetics Experience with ERP/MRP systems (MS Dynamics AX preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Manage projects from purchase order to finished goods delivery. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and BOMs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers. Track project progress and communicate status updates. Support packaging, production, quality, and product development activities. Resolve project issues and ensure on-time execution. Manage customer specifications, samples, and inventory coordination. Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office for project tracking.
