Key Responsibilities: Project Scheduling & Coordinating
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Create and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact between foremen, supervisors, engineers, architects, and clients.
- Scheduling all relevant tasks and milestones such as inspections, material deliveries, sub-contractors, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in structural concrete and/or excavation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
