Project Manager – Structural Concrete Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial structural concrete projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in structural concrete construction, including at least one year of project management experience. Experience managing cast-in-place concrete, tilt-up construction, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, and other commercial structural concrete projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Work closely with Superintendents, field personnel, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor project costs and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Assist with project planning, procurement, and client communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in structural concrete construction.
• At least one year of Project Management experience is preferred.
• Experience with commercial structural concrete projects, including cast-in-place concrete, tilt-up construction, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, and reinforced concrete structures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software is a plus.
