    Enterprise HVAC- Project Manager – Job Scope

    Organization: TeamGov
    Location: Fort Knox, KY (U.S. Army Installation)

    Position Overview

    The Senior Project Manager leads execution, quality control, and compliance of all assigned projects within a secured military installation. This role ensures all work meets federal contract requirements, DoD standards, UFC criteria, and TeamGov SOPs, with a strong focus on enterprise HVAC systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Oversee full lifecycle from planning through closeout in compliance with federal and base requirements
    • Enterprise HVAC Oversight: Manage large-scale systems (chillers, boilers, AHUs, BAS/BMS) ensuring OEM, ASHRAE, and UFC compliance
    • EPA Compliance: Enforce EPA regulations and ensure all HVAC personnel hold EPA Section 608 Certification
    • Quality Control: Conduct field inspections (initial, progress, final), track deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions
    • Subcontractor Management: Oversee performance, safety, and quality across all trades
    • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage timelines, system shutdowns, and base access with minimal mission disruption
    • Reporting: Provide weekly updates, maintain documentation, and ensure audit readiness

    Required Qualifications

    • EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
    • 5+ years experience with commercial/enterprise HVAC systems
    • Experience in federal or military installation projects preferred
    • Knowledge of UFC, OSHA, and ASHRAE standards
    • Ability to obtain base access/clearance
