Key responsibilities

• Own budgets, schedules, billing and change orders
• Oversee large commercial and industrial structural steel projects from award through closeout
• Be the go-to contact for owners and general contractors
• Coordinate the detailing, fabrication and erection teams
• Work on-site in the North Houston area

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret shop and structural drawings
• Project management experience in structural steel fabrication or construction
• Ability to work on-site in the northern Houston suburbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
