Required Skills

• 5+ years of implementation project management experience
• 5+ years of project status updates, escalation management, and communication experience
• 5+ years of project planning experience
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

• Experience with invoicing solution projects
• Experience transitioning vendors from established processes to new processes
• Experience with Clarity
• Experience managing testing activities during vendor/client process transitions

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Provide project status updates and executive-level communications
• Escalate risks, issues, and blockers proactively
• Coordinate implementation of a new invoicing solution across multiple vendors
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement
• Support project testing and transition activities
• Identify opportunities to improve project performance and delivery outcomes
